Dorthe Bjerregaard Riisom

Dorthe Bjerregaard Riisom has extensive experience in the fields of education, psychology, and volunteer work. Since 1994, Dorthe has been a volunteer with Youth For Understanding, holding the position of chairman of the board and engaging in various responsibilities including logistics and public speaking. Dorthe's professional background includes roles as a PPR-Psykolog at Sundhed og Forebyggelse in Odense Kommune, a school psychologist intern, and a mentor for students at Pædagogisk Psykologisk Uddannelsesrådgivning. Educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Denmark and a teaching degree specializing in Danish and English. Hospitality efforts also involved working with Danes Worldwide and multiple teaching positions in various institutions.
