Karen Saito, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in IT project management, particularly at the University of Michigan since December 2012. Currently serving as the Student Life Tech Solutions Senior IT Project Manager, Karen leads large-scale projects that positively affect the university's student populations. Previous roles include Senior IT Project Manager for the College of Engineering and the Office of University Development, where project management expertise contributed to strategic enhancements within the university. Karen's background also includes managing complex hardware/software implementations at T2 Systems and significant project management roles at Dell, resulting in notable cost savings and improvements. With an MBA in Business Administration from St. Edward's University and a BA in Economics and International Studies from Kalamazoo College, Karen combines academic knowledge with practical experience in diverse environments.
