Andy Richardson has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in roles related to grants, investments, and regional management. Currently working as a Relationship Manager at Youth Futures Foundation, Andy supports various grantees in delivering innovative programs to improve employment outcomes for marginalized youth. In addition, Andy volunteers as a Senior Grants Officer at Charityworks and as a Deputy Team Leader at Read Easy Sheffield. With previous roles at organizations like Mencap and The Architectural Heritage Fund, Andy brings a wealth of experience to their current positions.

Youth Futures Foundation
Youth Futures Foundation is the What Work’s Centre for youth employment. We aim to narrow employment gaps for young people facing the greatest challenges by identifying what works and why and investing in evidence generation to improve policy and practice. Everything we do is guided by robust evidence of what works to support young people from marginalised backgrounds into good jobs. We learn from the projects we fund and scale up that learning to drive genuine, long-lasting systemic change
