Youth Guidance
Benaiah Link, M.A, M.S., currently serves as a BAM Senior Curriculum Specialist and BAM Counselor at Youth Guidance since October 2016. Prior experience includes roles such as Head Track & Field Coach and Social Emotional Intervention Counselor at Chicago Public Schools, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating practice sessions, managing student crises, and providing staff development on social/emotional needs. Benaiah has also worked as a Youth Development Specialist at the Cook County Juvenile Temporary Detention Center, a Behavior Management Team Supervisor at Thresholds, and a Program Specialist at Hartgrove Psychiatric Hospital, contributing to crisis intervention, therapeutic program development, and student counseling. Benaiah holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, a Master of Arts in Sports Exercise Psychology from Argosy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chicago State University.
