Jim Mills

Jim Mills is currently a board member at Youth Guidance. Previously, they served as the region president at Sprint from January 2016 to September 2020, where they were responsible for sales, distribution, local marketing, and operations for the Midwest area. Under their leadership, the region gained market share in major markets such as Chicago at a rate faster than TMO, VZ, and ATT. In addition, they expanded distribution by 25%. Jim also served as the vice president of retail sales and operations at Vonage from January 2015 to January 2016, where they were responsible for over 20,000 retail and dealer locations across the U.S. and Canada. During their time at Vonage, they optimized assisted selling teams in 500+ locations, resulting in a 200% improvement in productivity.
