Rehana Farrell

Rehana Farrell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Youth INC NYC since January 2015, Farrell focuses on empowering grassroots organizations in New York City through a venture philanthropy model. Previously, Farrell was the Chief Operating Officer at Cain Hoy Enterprises, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in real estate, and served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Guggenheim Investments. Prior experience includes significant positions at Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities encompassed managing Institutional and Ultra High Net Worth Investment Advisory Platforms and overseeing Corporate and Investment Services. Early career roles include First Vice President at Smith Barney and Vice President at Prudential Financial. Farrell holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing & Management from Columbia Business School and an AB in Economics from Smith College.
