Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU)
Justin McGuire is an experienced professional with a strong background in youth programming and support services. Currently serving as the Employment Team Lead, Job Retention Coordinator, and Job Placement Specialist at Youth Opportunities Unlimited in London, Ontario since March 2021, Justin has previously held various roles, including Child Care Worker at Merrymount Family Support & Crisis Centre from October 2013 to January 2022, and Youth Programs Coordinator at Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre from October 2015 to April 2021. In these positions, Justin has demonstrated expertise in program management, volunteer recruitment and training, and the development of youth opportunities within community settings. An alumnus of King's University College with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminology, Justin has effectively contributed to the emotional support and skill development of youth, focusing on job training, volunteerism, and overall community engagement.
