Kimberly Bell

Kimberly Bell is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Youth Opportunities Unlimited since February 2017. In this role, Kimberly oversees the compliance program, ensuring adherence to government contracting requirements, and develops a corporate compliance plan alongside an annual evaluation of its effectiveness, managing grant and award budgets totaling approximately $14 million annually. Previously, Kimberly held various compliance-focused positions at Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority from September 2004 to February 2017, including Compliance Supervisor and Contract Administrator/Compliance Technician. Early career experience includes a role as a Unit Coordinator at Cleveland Clinic from October 2000 to September 2005. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Administration from Cleveland State University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
