Tanya Gracie

Tanya Gracie, MBA, ICD.D, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee for the National Capital Commission since December 2017, Tanya has also held the position of Board Chair at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa since June 2020. In previous roles, Tanya served as Director of Strategy at Central 1 and Chair of the Board of Directors at Your Credit Union Ltd, demonstrating a strong focus on sustainability, growth, and risk management. Additional experience includes positions as a Risk Analyst at the Public Health Agency of Canada and Policy Lead at the Public Policy Forum, showcasing expertise in risk assessment and policy development. Tanya holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the Telfer School of Management and a Master's in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
