Rachit Jain is the Founder and CEO of Youth4work. Rachit has over 10 years of experience in the industry, having previously worked as a Co-Founder at Jagbros Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and Head Marketing (interim) at Mahindra First Choice Services. Rachit has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Mahindra Institute of Technology.

Rachit Jain completed a B.Tech in Manufacturing from the National Institute of Foundry & Forge Technology and Delhi Public School.
