Jennifer Whistler

Jennifer Whistler is an experienced educator and program manager with a strong background in adult education and community service. Currently serving as WIOA Grants Coordinator at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School since April 2023, Jennifer previously held roles at Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, overseeing operations and student recruitment for the Helms Academy. With experience as an Adult Secondary Education Instructor at Beyond Literacy and as an Education Coordinator for JEVS Human Services, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, data management, and student support. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Social Services from Bryn Mawr College and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University.
