Omar Katerji

Omar Katerji is an experienced project development and consulting professional with a diverse background in nonprofit management, program development, and business analysis. Currently serving as the Project Development Director at Greater Miami Service Corps, Omar focuses on securing grants and enhancing youth engagement programs. As a Senior Consultant for Transformative; The Higher-Cause Initiative, Omar has played a key role in drafting grant proposals for nonprofit organizations and conducting needs assessments to support educational initiatives in STEM. Previous roles include Head of Delegation for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, where Omar led efforts in Lebanon to address refugee needs, and Country Manager for Qatar Red Crescent, overseeing strategic priorities and fundraising. Omar's extensive experience is supported by a robust educational background, holding advanced degrees in Media and Accounting/Supply Chain Management from SOAS University of London and Eastern Michigan University, respectively.
