Tiffany Murphy

Tiffany Murphy, MS has extensive work experience in program impact and management. Tiffany has held various positions at YouthBuild USA, starting as an Administrative Assistant in the Criminal Justice Initiative in 2008 and progressing to roles such as Program Manager, Associate Director, and Senior Director. At YouthBuild USA, Tiffany has been responsible for driving strategic vision, managing federal contracts, designing and implementing technical assistance programs, and collaborating with cross-organizational teams. Tiffany also has prior experience as an Associate Paralegal at Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation/Law Offices of Thomas F. Johnson. Tiffany holds a Master's degree and has a strong background in youth and workforce development.

Tiffany Murphy holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Northeastern University, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Prior to this, they completed a Certified Paralegal Professional Studies program at Northeastern University in 2005. Moreover, Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Salem State University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including the MCLA Leadership Academy from Wheelock College in April 2018, Facilitative Leadership for Social Change from the Interaction Institute for Social Change in November 2016, Project Management from Orchestrate Learning, LLC in May 2014, and the Youth Worker Certificate Program from the BEST Initiative in November 2013. It is not specified where they obtained their Coaching & Positive Psychology certificate.
