Erin Chapman-Smith

Erin Chapman-Smith is currently the Senior Director of Housing Services at YouthCare Seattle, where their role involves providing strategic leadership for the development and delivery of housing service models for youth and young adults. In the past, Erin has held positions such as Director of Training and Program Quality, Program Manager, Housing Specialist at Associated Ministries, Program Coordinator at ROOTS Young Adult Shelter, Lead Case Manager at Friends of Youth, and Lead Case Manager / Residential Coordinator at New Vision Programs. Erin has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Art from Central Washington University.
