Lenier O'Neal-Durand

Lenier O'Neal-Durand is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee relations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at YouthForce NOLA since July 2022, Lenier previously worked for the Orleans Parish School Board as a Human Resources Specialist, successfully filling over 20 requisitions in just three months. Past roles include TSC Engagement Sr. Coordinator at Amazon, where Lenier facilitated the hiring of over 100 associates for a new building, and Human Resources Generalist at Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana, where Lenier revamped the hiring process.
