Jackie Broyles

Jackie Broyles, SHRM-CP, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources and accounting. Currently serving as an Accounting & Grant Reporting Specialist at Youthfront since May 2023, Jackie previously held various HR roles, including Compensation Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Total Rewards Coordinator at Metropolitan Community College-Kansas City from July 2019 to February 2023. Jackie’s career began at Smithville Public School, where responsibilities included serving as a Human Resource/Technical Specialist and Administrative Assistant from August 2007 to July 2019. Jackie holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development Psychology-Executive Leadership Development from Avila University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management and Services from Park University.
