Prior to this role, Xavier held the title of Coach formateur at YouthStart Belgium starting from October 2016. Xavier also serves as the Administrateur de "La Calèche" asbl at La Calèche asbl since October 2012. With a background in technical support at ADB Airfield Solutions from 1985 to 2014, Xavier holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Catholique de Louvain.

YouthStart is a non profit organisation that builds the self-confidence of vulnerable youngsters and opens up opportunities for them to kickstart their future. Our eight-day training provides young people with the right knowledge, skills and mindset to become entrepreneurs. This enables them to move forward in their lives in a positive and successful way. The result? Impact! More than 70% of our alumni are activated after the training. Either by choosing a new field of study, by finding a job or by starting their own business!
