Job Description: Product Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will be reporting into our Director of Product Management. You will be defining, planning, and executing the product strategy. As a Product Manager, you will have an eye to deliver successful fintech products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. With a strong background in customer-centric product development, you will define success metrics and constantly measure the impact of our work
You will:
Drive the creation and alignment of product roadmap based on a keen understanding of relevant data, competitor, customer and market insights
Define and track metrics related to product success and the success of new features
Prepare clear requirements for compelling product launches, factoring in legal/compliance/financial requirements and translating these into clear PRDs
Manage complex integrations including working with external parties/vendors to ensure clear scoping and timely delivery
Communicating requirements with engineering and other stakeholders as needed (in both written and verbal form)
Coordinate effective launches of new features including go-to-market planning, customer comms/FAQs, financial reconciliation needs, and appropriate release planning (including considerations for de-risking or alpha/beta tests as needed)
Exercise good judgment with defining the scope of each project, balancing different stakeholder needs and trade-offs
Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
