Job Description: Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to elevate our product experience across platforms and markets! This role is reporting directly to our Director of Product Design.

You will:

  • Envision and uplift our product experience across our B2B and B2C offerings, working closely with the Director of Product Design and senior stakeholders
  • Make an impact on the lives of millions by elevating solutions solving complex design problems that influence the way we travel, transact, and send money across Asia and beyond
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments, products, and markets
  • Bridge UX and UI through leveraging sound design principles and user research to create concepts, journey maps, and flows, coupled with a high degree of comfort in producing high fidelity prototypes and screen designs.
  • Effectively communicate research findings, design proposals and their impacts on product experience and business goals with stakeholders from different disciplines
  • Translate research findings into actionable, delightful solutions for complex design problems with measurable impact
  • Push the standards of our work and products, be in usability, delight, aesthetics, or innovation
  • Provide guidance and mentorship for best practices (e.g. human centric design, prototyping, research, …) through hands-on coaching and training sessions

You are:

  • You are a curious and strategic systems thinker and maker who looks beyond the immediate ask to strive to design best-in-class experiences for our users

  • Able to turn functional products into truly delightful ones – from generative research and interaction design to UX writing and behavioural psychology – from generative research and interaction design to UX writing and behavioural psychology

  • You are excited wearing multiple hats: One day you might be overseeing design research for travel habits and redefining KYC process for SMEs on the next

  • You know it’s worth paying extra attention to details – from interactions to wording

You have:

  • 6-7 years working in product/service design, with a strong foundation in both UX and visual design
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields with exceptional online portfolio
  • 3+ years experience working on live/launched mobile apps with complex features across multiple platforms/markets
  • Shaped and elevated high-quality product experiences for mobile and web – used and loved by Millions
  • Demonstrated ability to define and lead  end-to-end design of project streams across departments
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills paired with impressive interpersonal skills.
  • Strong growth-mindset and passionate to mentor/share your knowledge
  • Figma Ninja and proficiency in Miro/Whimsical, Framer/Protopie, Maze/AB Tasty
  • Bonus: Passion for UX Writing
  • Bonus: Knack for interaction/motion design (e.g. AfterEffects/Lottie, Framer, ...)
