Kar Men Lim possesses a diverse background in talent acquisition and crisis management, holding positions such as Partner Support Manager and Crisis Management Specialist at YouTube. Previously, Kar Men Lim contributed to the National Youth Council Singapore as part of the ASEAN Youth Fellowship (AYF). Experience also includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for APAC at Google and as a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist at EY.
