Ke Zia is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Operation Team Lead at iPrice Group Sdn Bhd since July 2021, after holding the position of Associate Operation Team Lead. Responsibilities include overseeing coupon page projects, ensuring daily operational delivery, facilitating cross-department communication, managing SEO metrics, and creating a supportive team environment. Prior to iPrice, Ke Zia worked at CUPONATION as a Senior Content Manager, where significant improvements to Google SERP rankings were achieved. Previous roles also include positions at EasyUni.com, iprice group, and Forest Interactive, with a focus on content creation and SEO optimization.
