Lindsay Wai

Lindsay Wai currently serves as the Head of UX for Youth at YouTube, leading a multi-disciplinary team to enhance experiences for kids, teens, and families. Prior to YouTube, Lindsay worked as a UX Design Manager at Google, where a focus was on elevating User Trust and User Care across all products. Experience at IDEO as Portfolio Lead for Design for Learning involved overseeing business development, design excellence, and providing strategic guidance across diverse design disciplines. Lindsay's early career included design roles at Adjaye Associates, Moshe Safdie and Associates, and William Rawn Associates. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan.
