Sarah Hall is a Senior UX Researcher at YouTube, where Sarah leads fan engagement research. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Crunchyroll as a Lead User Researcher managing the research team. Sarah also has experience as a UX Research Consultant for startups and design teams. Sarah has a background in clinical research and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Research & Evaluation Methodology.
