Sarmad Bokhari is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading engineering teams across various tech domains. Currently employed at YouTube since May 2021, Sarmad spearheads a full-stack team focused on developing visual user-facing formats to enhance product and campaign visibility. Previously, Sarmad held senior roles at Rivian, Getaround, and Grove Collaborative, where contributions included building fleet management software, advancing car sharing technology, and enhancing customer experience for an e-commerce marketplace. With a background encompassing founding a legal case management system and experience in front-end engineering at BrightFunnel, Sarmad also served as a JavaScript instructor.
