Sharon Ginzburg

Sharon Ginzburg serves as the Senior Manager for YouTube AI-Powered Ads Growth in EMEA since January 2023, orchestrating strategic product launches and adoption programs across over 30 countries. Previously, from August 2016 to January 2023, Sharon held multiple roles at Google, including Head of Small Business Go-To-Market Programs, where notable achievements included launching the "Google For Small Business" platform and leading a COVID response initiative that helped over 8 million small and medium-sized businesses digitize. Other positions at Google involved roles in B2B growth, product marketing, and startup mentorship, alongside experiences at CapitalG, Teva Pharmaceuticals, Random Logic, and Tefen Management Consulting. Sharon holds dual M.B.A. degrees from Duke University and Tel Aviv University, accompanied by a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
