Paul J. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Paul began their career at Hampden Data Services Ltd in 2002, where they served as a Test Lead for nearly 8 years. Paul then joined NDS Ltd in 2010 as a Software Test Engineer, where they worked for 2 years before moving on to Cisco International Ltd in 2012. At Cisco, they held the position of Software Test Engineer for 2 years before transitioning to Hitachi Data Systems in 2015, where they served as a Senior Software Test Engineer for 2 years. In 2017, Paul took a break from their career to fulfill the role of Fulltime Dad until 2018. Paul then joined YouView TV Limited in 2018, where they first worked as a Test Engineer for 2 years before being promoted to Software Engineer. Their latest role at YouView is that of a Senior Software Engineer, which they have held since April 2021.

Paul J. attended Imperial College London from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSci) degree in Chemistry.
