Dale Clay

Dale Clay has a diverse work experience in the field of client services and account management. Dale recently held the position of Head of Client Services (UK) at Youwe, where they focused on creating engaging content programs to convert prospects into sales-ready leads. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Youwe UK, supporting global and enterprise-level clients in delivering effective marketing campaigns. Before joining Youwe, Dale worked at twentysix as an Account Manager, where they managed multiple accounts and executed various digital projects. Dale also gained valuable experience as an Account Executive and Junior Account Executive at twentysix. Earlier in their career, Dale worked as an Account Executive (Placement) at the TEQUILA / TBWA Advertising Agency, where they worked on delivery of campaigns for the British Heart Foundation. Throughout their career, Dale has demonstrated strong client management skills and a focus on delivering successful digital campaigns.

Dale Clay attended Lancaster University from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a 1st Class BA (Hons) Advertising and Marketing degree. In 2007, they also attended The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) to receive a Cert DDM Direct and Digital Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Dale Clay obtained ABM Certification: Advanced and ABM Certification: Foundation from Demandbase in 2020.
