Your role 

As an Impact & Sustainability Research Intern at Inyova you will be the third full member of the sustainability-dedicated Impact Team at Inyova. You will get to work on a broad range of exciting topics, specifically:

  • Engagement & Stewardship. You will be directly involved in Inyova’s impact initiatives, helping to shape individual campaigns to get companies to change for good, and build out processes in an exciting impactful area.
  • Company Sustainability Impact Analysis & Research. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research on individual companies within the Inyova investment universe to ensure their fit with sustainability topics and ensure our data is up to date. You will also help make Inyova’s portfolios more impactful by identifying potential new companies and other investment vehicles to add to our investable universe. 
  • Sustainability Impact Content. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to make sure our impact excites our customers. You will be helping to create impact-related content, such as company descriptions and impact news, as well as identifying and researching opportunities and hot topics to engage customers through articles on the website.

As the Impact Intern at Inyova, you are:

  • Excited about the Inyova mission to mainstream impact investing and naturally curious about sustainability in investments, with a strong interest in impact research.
  • Eligible to work in Switzerland for the entirety of the 6 month internship.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, good with numbers, and able to analyse large data sets. Additional technical competencies, such as Python and SQL, are a plus.
  • Fully proficient in spoken and written English, and comfortable writing short informative texts. German is a plus, but not required.
  • Able to do thorough, clean work with an eagle eye for details and excellent time management.
  • Keen on taking ownership of your daily tasks and projects
  • Someone who is a lot of fun to work with.

  • You will receive a compensation package of CHF 2,500 per month (brutto) and benefits, including: 15 days paid vacation, flexible work hours, a commuting budget, training and professional development budget, and many more.
