Dylan Guillaumin

Dylan Guillaumin is currently serving as Chargé de Recrutement at YPER since February 2024. Previously, Dylan worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Corning Gosselin S.A.S from September to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing temporary staffing and production scheduling, as well as overseeing training planning and facilitating professional elections for the CSE. Prior experience includes roles as Chargé de Recrutement at Temporis Bayeux Caen Falaise and Adecco, where tasks involved sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and managing contract drafting and business proposals. Dylan also served as Trésorier for the Association Génération Carrières Juridiques, managing finances and organizing events, and worked as an Ouvrier sur chaîne at SOCOPA Viandes. Educational qualifications include a current Master's in Human Resources Management from MBway, a Bachelor's in Human Resources from Ipac Bachelor Factory, and a DUT in Legal Careers from IUT de Saint-Malo.
