Marcelo Aldeco

Marcelo Gustavo Aldeco has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as Gerente Dpto. RRLL and previously as Gerente RRLL Upstream at YPF SA since October 2010, with notable involvement in the La Plata industrial complex from 2013 to 2014. Prior roles include Jefe de RRHH RRLL Regional Sur at AESA Servicios Petroleros and a position overseeing human resources for 26 branches at Bayton S.A. Marcelo holds a Master propio en Derecho del Trabajo y Seguridad Social from the University of Valencia and a Programa de desarrollo Directivo from Universidad Austral, along with a law degree focused on Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
