Charles Causey

Charles Causey is the Founder and Head of Client Delight at Agile Partnering, a company established in September 2015 that focuses on providing staffing firms and recruiting entrepreneurs with solutions to eliminate back office and funding challenges. Causey's extensive experience includes membership in YPO and the Entrepreneurs' Organization, where networking with over 14,000 entrepreneurs supports growth and learning opportunities. Previous roles include Senior Account Executive at Acxiom, where Causey achieved 315% quota attainment, and positions at SAP and PeopleMatter, where a strong track record in sales and talent management solutions was established. Causey began a professional career at Northwestern Mutual, building a successful financial practice. A graduate of the College of Charleston, Causey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Communication.
