Deborah Nicol - Omeruah

Deborah Nicol - Omeruah is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in the real estate, finance, and leadership sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member and Membership Officer for the Lagos Chapter of YPO and an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Standards & Regulations Board for RICS, Deborah also holds a Non-Executive Director position at First World Communities Ltd, contributing to the development of affordable housing across Africa. Previous notable roles include Acting CEO/MD of UPDC Plc, where responsibilities encompassed business growth and asset management, and leadership positions at Trustbond Mortgage Bank and Broll Property Group. Deborah's career began in banking with HSBC and Lloyds TSB, and Deborah holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and a degree in Architecture from the University of Nottingham.
