Faouzi Khatir

Faouzi Khatir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, coaching, and facilitation. Currently serving as the Director at FK Consulting since January 2019, Faouzi engages with leaders and management teams to support their needs through meaningful conversations. Additional roles include serving as an Executive Coach and Facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership, consulting at the World Bank, and working as a CERTIFIED Facilitator with YPO. Faouzi's expertise spans needs assessment, program design, and delivery, particularly for mid-career professionals. Educationally, Faouzi holds an MPhil/PhD in Organizational Behaviour/Communication from the University of the West of England.
