Farid Naib

Farid Naib is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Interim Managing Director for YPO since June 2016, where responsibilities include guiding the global management team and contributing to the Board of Directors. Naib is also the CEO of Lightspeed Financial Services Group, a broker-dealer catering to active traders, since May 2018. Additional roles include Board Member for M&I Systems Co. GmbH and past CEO of Sterling Trading Tech. Naib has advised private equity firms and served on various boards, demonstrating strong operational and strategic expertise. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BBA from Emory University.
