Janet Thompson

Janet Thompson is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in event marketing and communications, currently serving as Senior Manager at YPO since May 2008. In this role, Janet develops strategic marketing initiatives for global events, overseeing a team of five associates and various contractors to deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns for member events. Prior experience includes roles at the World Presidents' Organization as Manager of Publications & Communications, where Janet managed print publications and campaigns aimed at membership engagement. Additional experience spans positions at Atlantic Information Services, Star Mountain, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and New Mexico State University. Janet holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from New Mexico State University.
