Kaitlyn L. Pecson

Kaitlyn L. Pecson currently serves as the Network Engagement Manager at YPO, a global leadership community with over 34,000 chief executives. Previously, Kaitlyn held the position of Communications Manager at Vecova and the Canadian Down Syndrome Society, where contributions included information dissemination and advocacy for Down syndrome. Prior experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer involved working with clients such as the Epilepsy Association of Calgary and the Calgary Humane Society. Kaitlyn has also gained experience in technical support as a Student Technician and Resource Tutor at Mount Royal University and as a Communications Intern with the Burns Memorial Fund and L'Arche Calgary, where responsibilities included website development and branding initiatives. Kaitlyn graduated from Mount Royal University with a degree in Applied Communications, specializing in Electronic Publishing.
