Todd Ernest

Todd Ernest is the Founder and CEO of Climate Pros Inc, established in 2006, which has grown to over 1700 employees and operates across 42 states, making it one of the largest refrigeration service and installation contractors in the USA. Todd's extensive experience in the HVAC/R industry includes roles as a Lead Service Technician at Anderson Brothers, a Field Service Engineer at Hill PHOENIX, and a Service Technician at Hussmann. Additionally, Todd has been involved as a member of YPO since June 2019 and participated in Vistage Worldwide, Inc. from November 2015 to November 2018. Todd earned an Associate's degree in HVAC/R from College of DuPage and completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School from 2020 to 2022.
