Martin Schaper

Martin Schaper is a partner at YPOG, specializing in M&A, corporate law, private equity, and venture capital since April 2018. Prior to this role, Martin Schaper served as a principal associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from January 2014 to March 2018, focusing on global transactions in corporate law, M&A, and private equity.
