Nadia de Pietro

Nadia De Pietro currently serves as the Group Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance at Ypsomed AG, where responsibilities include the establishment and development of a group-wide compliance management system and team leadership. Previously, Nadia worked at Maschinenindustrie as the Head of Compliance, focusing on the same areas of compliance management system development and leading a team of eight employees. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at RUAG Corporate Services AG, providing group-wide legal support across subsidiaries in eight countries, and roles as a Juristin at Amtsgericht Bern-Mittelland and Bader Gnehm & Partner. Nadia holds degrees in law from the University of Lucerne and Université de Neuchâtel, and is an Attorney-at-law certified in Kanton Bern.
