Winnie Qi currently serves as the Head of HR and HR Business Partner for the US and Latin America at YQN since January 2022. Previously, Winnie held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Aplus Recruiting from June 2019 to January 2022, and worked as a Project Coordinator at CENTURY BUILDING AND HOME INC from November 2017 to January 2019. Winnie also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Hilton Garden Inn for a brief period in 2017. Winnie Qi is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics at Washington University in St. Louis, expected to complete in December 2023, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with a minor in Applied Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, obtained in December 2017.
