Katja Rajala

Katja Rajala serves as the Chairperson for Suomen Yrittäjänaiset since September 2022 and is the CEO and business coach at InnoPop, where coaching focuses on enhancing clients' daily lives and workplace experiences. Rajala is also the Vice Chair of the Board for Österbottens välfärdsområde and holds multiple leadership roles in Suomen Yrittäjät ry, including Chair of the Economic Policy Committee and Member of the Council. As a member of the Vaasa City Board and Council since August 2021, Rajala contributes to local governance. Previous roles include HR Manager at Lemonsoft Oyj and Chairman of the Board at Silver Kodit Oy, where the focus is on developing a new communal housing concept. Rajala has experience in educational development, having led Finhow International Education Ltd. as CEO. Rajala holds a Master's degree in Administrative Sciences from the University of Vaasa.
