Nik Kinley is an experienced consultant and director in talent development and human resources, currently serving as a Director at YSC since June 2013 and at Talent Solutions Ltd. since April 2012. Prior roles include Global Head of Leadership Development & Employee Engagement at Barclays and Global Group Head of Assessment + Coaching at BP. Nik possesses a strong background in talent intelligence, leadership development, employee engagement, and coaching, with earlier experience as a Senior Consultant at YSC and as a Forensic Psychotherapist in various public sector roles. Academic credentials include an MSc in Systemic Psychotherapy from the University of London and a BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
