Rachel Davis Jennette

Rachel Davis Jennette has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Rachel began their career at Charter Communications as a Sales & Account Coordinator/Project Support for the National Team in the Business Division. In 2012, they moved to West IP Communications, UCaaS as an Implementation Project Manager in the Solution Delivery department. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Casual Living Brands (a Brown Jordan company) as a Project Manager in the National Accounts Sales department. Since 2018, they have been at Bolt Data Consulting Group LLC as a Project Manager & Product Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Slingshot as a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master for the mobile team. In each role, they have been responsible for leading projects, managing clients, creating product documentation, developing go-to-market strategies, and more.

Rachel Davis Jennette has a diverse educational background. Rachel obtained a Project Management Certificate from the University of Louisville in 2014. From 2001 to 2005, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations and French from the University of Louisville. Rachel then studied French Studies at the Université de Montréal in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they earned an Associate's of Applied Science in Graphic Design, Photography and Multimedia from Jefferson Community and Technical College. Rachel also completed courses from Trailhead by Salesforce. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Ninja Writing: The Four Levels of Writing Mastery, Product Management First Steps, Product Management: Building a Product Strategy, Product Management: Customer Development, Scrum: Advanced, Shane Snow on Storytelling, ServiceMax Certified Advanced Administrator (ServiceMax 101 and 201), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
