Radosław Nowak, MBA, has extensive experience in strategic management, purchasing, and logistics. Radosław is currently working at YT Industries as the VP of Purchasing and previously held the role of Global Purchasing and Quality Management Director. Before joining YT Industries, Radosław worked at Less.Bike as the Head of Business Operations.

Prior to that, Radosław spent many years at KROSS S.A., where they held various positions including Vice President of the Management Board | Director of Production, Purchasing, and Logistics. During their time at KROSS S.A., they played a crucial role in operational management, achieving significant growth in turnover, participating in company restructuring, and implementing development strategies. Radosław also excelled in logistics and planning, reducing delivery costs while improving quality and timeliness. Additionally, Radosław was instrumental in launching the first carbon bicycle frame factory in Europe, optimizing production processes, and implementing lean management concepts.

Radosław also has a Podyplomowe degree in Logistyka from Poznan University of Economics And Business, completed from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, they hold a Magister (Mgr) in Finance Management from the University of Lodz from 1995 to 2001. Radosław has also completed the Akademia Managera certification program at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego (Kozminski University) in 2015-2016.
