Nico Aw

Nico Aw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability management and environmental engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Group Sustainability at YTL Corporation Bhd since September 2011, Nico Aw oversees the establishment of the company's sustainability agenda. Prior to this role, Nico Aw held various positions at RSP Engineers Sdn Bhd, including Sustainability Manager and Environmental Engineer, where significant achievements included obtaining ISO9001 certification and implementing ISO9001, ISO14001, and OSHAS18001 standards. Earlier career experiences also include roles as an Environmental Consultant at DRE Consulting Sdn Bhd, successfully managing ISO14001:2004 certification for multiple companies, and as an Environmental Executive at GL Konsult Sdn Bhd, where involvement included detailed environmental impact assessments. Nico Aw holds a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, as well as certification as a Sustainability Reporting Specialist from the National Center for Sustainability Reporting.
