Kahlil Gray

Kahlil Gray is an experienced Workforce Planning and Analytics professional, currently serving as Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager at Alinta Energy since April 2021. Previously, Kahlil held leadership roles at Belong – Powered by Telstra, managing workforce planning for two in-house contact centers and three outsource partners with a total of 700 FTE. Earlier experience includes positions at Australia Post, Mercer, Serco Asia Pacific BPO, and MYOB Australia, encompassing roles focused on workforce management functions such as forecasting, scheduling, and recruitment planning. Kahlil holds a Certificate IV in Information Technology from Chisholm Institute and a Diploma in Management from Boxhill Tafe.
