The Consolidated Securities segment is principally engaged in the trading, underwriting and agency of securities, including futures trading, self-operation and other derivative financial instruments businesses. The Security Financing segment is mainly engaged in the margin financing and securities delivery businesses. The Futures Business segment is mainly engaged in the futures brokerage and self-operation businesses, as well as the provision of related consulting services. The Insurance segment is principally engaged in the provision of life insurance, medical insurance, accidental injury insurance and others.
