Karen Fassler

Karen Fassler has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Human Resources Director for the County of Yuba since March 2016. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Human Resources Manager at the Nevada Irrigation District from October 2013 to February 2016. Karen's earlier experience includes serving as a Personnel Technician at the Grass Valley School District for one year and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Medical Benefits Administration for seven years.
