Vish Phaneendra

Vish Phaneendra is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading business development and technical solutions across various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Vice President and Senior Director of Technology at Yugabyte since March 2021, Vish previously held pivotal roles at VMware Tanzu as Head of Solutions Engineering and at Pivotal Inc. as Director. With a background in pre-sales and enterprise architecture at companies such as Dell EMC and Greenplum, Vish has effectively driven initiatives in Big Data and Cloud across the Asia-Pacific region. Notable roles earlier in the career include Senior Software Engineer positions at DBS Bank and Hewlett-Packard. Vish holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Madras.
