Jim Sholders

Jim Sholders, CPM, currently serves as President of Yugo USA, a position held since September 2025, overseeing all aspects of the company's portfolio. Previously, Jim held the same title for Yugo USA at Campus Advantage for a brief period in September 2025. From May 2015 to May 2025, Jim served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Campus Life & Style, managing all operations within the company. Prior experience includes a tenure of over 14 years at American Campus Communities, where Jim progressed from Regional Manager to Senior Vice President, supervising operations for the owned asset portfolio. Jim began the career at Allen & O'Hara, Inc., serving in various roles from Resident Assistant to General Manager in student housing, while also managing office and retail properties in Chapel Hill, NC. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from West Virginia University, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
